Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Mannkare. By accessing or using our app and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
Eligibility & User Accounts
You must be 12 years or older to use Mannkare. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Seller Guidelines
To ensure legal compliance and secure payouts, all sellers must provide a valid GST number, accurate legal business name and address, and verified bank account details. Failure to provide accurate or verifiable information may result in account suspension, payment delays, or removal from the platform. Sellers must provide complete and accurate product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and variations. All listings must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Mannkare charges a 5% commission on each successful transaction. Sellers are required to fulfill orders promptly and provide tracking where applicable. False claims, counterfeit products, or manipulation of reviews may lead to permanent removal.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate and up-to-date shipping, billing, and contact information. Upon delivery, buyers must inspect products and report any issues such as defects or incorrect items within 7 calendar days. Fraudulent claims or misuse of refunds and cancellations are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraud, impersonation, abusive behavior, fake listings, phishing, or any unauthorized or harmful activity. Accounts violating these rules may be permanently banned without prior notice. The platform may not be used to promote or redirect users to competing marketplaces or illegal businesses.
Platform Rights & Intellectual Property
Mannkare reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at its discretion. All content, including designs, trademarks, software, and data, remains the intellectual property of Mannkare. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Modifications & Termination
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or services at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Mannkare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
