How Returns Work

Step 01

Cancel Anytime Before Delivery

You can cancel your order at any time before delivery. If the item has not been shipped, cancellation is instant with a full refund.

Return After Delivery

If the order has already been shipped or delivered, you can request a return. The item must be sent back to the seller for refund processing.

Raise an Issue

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, issue details, and photo or video proof.

Step 04

Refund Processed

Once approved and the item is received (if applicable), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Policy Details

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery without any charges. If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation is processed instantly with a full refund. If already shipped, the order can still be cancelled, and the refund will be initiated once the item is returned to the seller.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for defective or damaged products, undelivered orders, or incorrect items received. To request a refund, you must contact support within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting photo or video evidence.

Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the condition of the returned item or nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, personal hygiene products, and digital items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Exceptions & Abuse

Mannkare reserves the right to decline refund or return requests that are incomplete, misleading, abusive, or suspected to be fraudulent. Repeated misuse of the refund system may result in account restrictions or suspension.
