At Mannkare, we value customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation guidelines below: 1. Order Cancellation • You can cancel your order anytime before it is delivered — no questions asked. • If the item has not yet shipped, your order will be cancelled instantly, and a full refund will be processed. • If the item has already shipped, you can still cancel the order. Once the item is returned to the seller, we’ll initiate your refund. 2. Refunds • Refunds are available for: ◦ Defective or damaged items ◦ Undelivered orders ◦ Wrong item received • To initiate a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with: ◦ Order ID ◦ Issue description ◦ Photo or video evidence 3. Refund Process • Once reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. • The refund will be issued to the original payment method. • In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for minor issues or user error. 4. Exceptions • Perishable goods, personal hygiene items, or digital products are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective. • Mannkare reserves the right to decline refund requests that are incomplete, abusive, or appear fraudulent. 5.
